Architecture and Site review
Most demolitions and new homes need an Architecture and Site approval from the Town of Los Gatos. We price the plans before the hearing so changes stay within your budget.
Hillside lots
Grading, retaining walls and drainage are often the biggest swing in a Los Gatos budget. We price them line by line from the civil and soils reports.
Trees
Protected trees shape where the house and driveway can go. Tree protection is built into our schedule and site plan.
Fire rules
The Town requires Class A roof assemblies on all projects. Read building in a fire hazard zone.
