At Harrod Built we’re more than builders; we’re family. As brothers and co-founders, Michael and Chris lead every project with the same dedication, honesty and craftsmanship that have always been central to how our family builds.

Co-founder · Licensed general contractor
Michael co-founded Harrod Built to build homes with integrity, precision and purpose. He takes a hands-on approach to every project, staying involved from the first design conversation to the final walkthrough.
He’s known for a sharp eye, steady leadership and straightforward communication, and for the belief that good homes are built on good relationships. CA License #986950.
Chris Harrod
Co-founder · Project manager
Chris keeps each project on track: coordinating the schedule, managing subcontractors and making sure every detail is finished to the Harrod Built standard.
He’s at home in the day-to-day rhythm of the jobsite, hands-on and solutions-oriented, and respected by crews and clients for his steady, no-nonsense approach. On a custom home or a complex remodel, Chris is the one making sure things get done.

Site supervisor · Remodel & renovation
Salvador is the steady hand behind many of our remodels. He brings years of hands-on experience and a quiet confidence that puts homeowners at ease, communicates clearly with crews and clients, and keeps every phase running smoothly, from demo day to the final walkthrough.
Loren Hamilton
Landscape foreman · Paso Robles Landscaping
Loren leads landscape design and installation at Paso Robles Landscaping, from concept to completion. He knows plants, irrigation, hardscape and construction logistics, and stays hands-on with every crew.
Hugo Altimirano
Lead landscaper · Paso Robles Landscaping
Hugo oversees installation on the job site, from grading and irrigation to planting and finishing work. He leads by example and brings consistency to every crew.
