Kitchens
A kitchen that fits the way you live
A chef’s kitchen, a warm farmhouse look or something clean and simple: whatever the style, we start with how you use the room. Who cooks, where people gather, and what needs a place to go.
From there we plan the layout, help you choose cabinets, counters, fixtures and finishes, and handle the permits, plumbing and electrical work that come with moving things around.

Process
How the job runs
The same way we run every Harrod Built project: a licensed family team and one point of contact from start to finish. On a remodel we take extra care to protect your home, keep disruption down and keep the work area safe and clean.

Updates, finishes, walkthrough
Regular updates through every phase, help with finish selections, and a final walkthrough before handover, backed by our warranty.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
It depends on the scope. Updating floors, counters and fixtures often takes around four to eight weeks, depending on materials and labor. Moving walls or changing the layout takes longer, and permits can add time. You’ll get a schedule before work starts.
Can you help with design ideas?
Yes. We help you rework the layout and plan the details that make a kitchen easier to use: lighting, a walk-in pantry, a custom island, appliances and storage. Bring your own designer if you have one, or work with ours.
How do we set a budget?
It comes down to scope and materials: stock or custom cabinetry, the appliances, the counters, and whether plumbing, electrical or walls move. Permits are part of it too. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll put together a detailed estimate after a site visit.
Do I need a permit for a kitchen remodel?
Usually, yes, especially if plumbing, electrical or walls change. Purely cosmetic work may not need one. We check with the city or county before work starts so there are no problems later.
