Harrod Built is led by brothers Michael and Chris Harrod. Our studio, Harrod Drafting & Design, can measure the existing house and draw the remodel, or we can build from your architect’s plans, and we price the work during design so it fits the budget before it goes to permit.
Inside Arroyo Grande city limits, remodels go through the city’s building division, and exterior changes in the historic Village area can need design review. Outside the city, the work runs through San Luis Obispo County Planning & Building. We check which applies first.
