General Warranty Information

Harrod Built offers a limited warranty that covers certain elements of the original construction for a period of time following completion or occupancy. This may include structural components and workmanship-related items, in line with typical standards in the industry.

Items such as appliances, fixtures, or mechanical systems may be covered under separate manufacturer warranties, which are the responsibility of the product manufacturer. Homeowners are encouraged to review, complete, and submit any required product registration forms directly to those manufacturers.

This general warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Specific warranty coverage, limitations, and request procedures may vary by project and will be outlined in the applicable homeowner materials provided at time of sale or close of escrow.

Non-Warranted Conditions

It is common for natural materials such as wood, concrete, and stone to develop small cracks, cosmetic shifts, or surface changes over time due to weather, temperature, or settling. These occurrences are considered normal and are not typically covered under any construction warranty.
